Hearth Bangladesh organized this seminar with Bangladesh IP Forum. The seminar was designed to discuss the vulnerability of counterfeit regime and challenges of enforcing intellectual property rights in Bangladesh. Nuran Choudhury, National Coordinator, ILSA Chapters Bangladesh presented thematic notes and Hamidul Mishbah from Bangladesh IP Forum delivered the keynote speech. Among other dignitaries present Joseph Giblin, Economic Unit Chief, U.S. Embassy, Dhaka attended the seminar as special guest and Justice Sheikh Hasan Arif, honorable Judge, High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh was present as the chief guest. The seminar was attended by over 100 law students and young academics from over 20 institutions.
